Our current approach
QINVIA - FZCO (“Qinvia”) does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We use Plausible Analytics in its cookieless configuration to understand overall website activity without identifying individual visitors across sessions or sites.
We do not use analytics data for behavioural advertising, retargeting or individual profiles.
What we measure
Aggregate reports may include visits, referral source, country-level location, language, page and section views, browser or device category, and static events such as selecting a language, opening the contact link or submitting a form.
Event names contain no form-field values, message content, email address or other deliberately supplied personal information.
Essential technology
The site stores your EN/ES choice in local browser storage so the selected language remains consistent between pages and visits. It contains only the language choice, no identifier, and is not used for analytics or advertising. Hosting and security infrastructure may also use strictly necessary technical controls to deliver the site, balance traffic or prevent abuse.
If you follow an external link, that third party may use cookies or similar technology under its own policy. Qinvia does not control those sites.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because the current public site does not place non-essential cookies or use profiling analytics, we do not display a consent banner solely for Plausible. This avoids unnecessary interruption while preserving a privacy-first measurement model.
Requirements vary by jurisdiction. If we introduce a technology that requires consent, we will update this notice and add an appropriate consent control before activating it where required.
Your control and updates
You can use browser controls to inspect, block or delete stored data. Blocking Plausible does not prevent access to the website.
For questions, contact info@qinvia.com. We may update this notice when the site or applicable requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
